The Mobile Shop

Couldn't even speak to someone because they changed their hours and didn't change anything online to reflect that. Not impressed. Was going to purchase a new phone plan on Wednesday (July 4, 2018) but I missed the deal because they closed 2 hours early (instead of 8pm) and I had to go in to show my ID to get the deal (because my credit card's been hacked earlier this year and won't let me purchase anything online that involves credit checks).Taking my business else where.

I was in the shop about a month ago or so wanting to switch from my mom's account onto my own. Dang was super helpful and made sure we understood everything. I also had a few questions about upgrading my phone. He told me about upgrade perks that weren't even listed on the Koodo website. He also told me I could use PC point towards the phone and the screen protector - I never knew you could do this. I paid nothing for the phone whereas online I would have. I am so glad Dang was able to walk me through the entire process and figure out how to get a brand new iPhone for $0. Thanks Dang! :D

Terrible service. I will never buy a phone from them. I have signed a contract for 2 years at $60.00 monthly plan fee for a new phone on January 2020. I got my first bill on February for a fee of $70.00. I went to the store to get the error corrected and Katharine thw representative told me that she will and she will give me call and she never did. Horrible service, never again.

Dealt with Dang i believe was his name. Great service. Great boxing day sales. Really liked after me and would recommend to anyone.

I had the pleasure of the help from Deng (apologize if spelled incorrectly)at the Mobile Shop at Zehrs in Uxbridge. He was the most helpful, knowledgeable, professional and patient individual you could ask for. I would highly recommend his services. He is a real asset!!
