But great service and a great deal? Yup!)

Paul and Glenn are great, customer service was fantastic!An interesting story. I bought a lower priced car and it turned out the alternator was dead, the car stalled on the highway shortly after I drove it off the lot. Paul and Glenn showed up within minutes with a different car for me to drive home while they fixed the alternator on the car I had just purchased. Before the fix was done I decided I wanted to instead pay the difference and purchase the other car they had given me to drive and they did that transaction for me without a problem.Been driving the new car for a few weeks now and it’s great. It’s refreshing to deal with people who care so much about their growing business. I strongly recommend Ebanks if you are in the market for a used car.

Wow, just where do I start, I have been driving 65 years, (I'm not telling you my age!) so you can guess I have bought many cars over that time. In the last 15 years the dealers I have been to seem to want to keep you in their building and pushing you into cars and deals that is not in YOUR best interest (probably to earn a higher commission) - and purchasing a car takes mostly 3-4 hours .Not so with Ebanks, no high pressure salesperson who does not have your interest at heart, they want to help YOU, the staff at Ebanks treat you almost as if you are family - no pressure. In my case I bought a VW Tiguan, they paid attention to the finer details, like, changing the wiper blades at the last minute. All their vehicles go through 2 inspections, their own and an independent one. Prices are very fair, they do not have those fancy high end showrooms with sales persons in suits and ties, and of course the cost to maintain is built into the prices of their inventory, Ebanks is just plain honest and friendly, nothing fancy. A great experience. My daughter said after our first visit I will never go to another car dealer again except here".So

We bought a 2007 Accord in excellent condition from Ebanks. Almost all of their vehicles were good possible choices in very good or excellent condition, even the higher mileage ones.Fernando is kind, honest and trustworthy....and extremely interesting! Going back to visit just to chat! He will take care of you, no questions! We had a dead battery on day 1( things happen even though it had a thorough written inspection at a 3rd party shop). Fernando resolved the issue on the first call to him without hesitation. Everything that was promised was delivered on.I know cars well. I would not hesitate to purchase another personal vehicle off of Ebanks, or even consider asking them to track down a car if they did not have it. As with any used car transaction, do your homework but you will not be disappointed here!Good job Fernando and Paul!

I was very lucky to find Fernando. He knew I was returning to car ownership after a few years hiatus and he went out of his way to make me comfortable and current on things. The salesperson (Jim) was very professional and went out of his way to really make this an excellent purchasing experience. The in-house mechanic was also friendly and made my (8y) daughter feel welcome. Good people at this location, highly recommended.
