Harbour Lights Marina

From a public access point of view this is a great place. Parking was free to the public when I was there and there was good views of the lake and boats on the Bayfield river. I launched my boat there which was also free. However you do get what you pay for. The dock at the boat launch was in bad shape. Most of the boards were gone it was just some rusted steel. The ramp is sand which is not that much better than launching at a hard packed beach. I got stuck as a result with a front wheel drive tow vehicle. I had some friends nearby which meant I could get assistance but all and l I would say it's not an ideal spot to launch a boat. I did not visit the restaurant although it looked nice. Washrooms are not open to the public you need an access code for entry.

Although at times communications with the staff can be moderately confusing, overall it is a well run marina with a pool, showers, and bathrooms.

Hard to get a response for a reservation august. Called numerous times leaving a message with no return. Tried channel 68 when close. After several attempts, no answer. Stayed at Village of Bayfield Marina across the river. Much closer to the city.

Had a nice dinner at the restaurant, then went for a brief stroll down by the docks. As decades-long members at two Ontario yacht clubs, and after visits to dozens of marinas/clubs, we've NEVER experienced such a rude and arrogant group of boat owners. Not only did they tell us to leave (impolitely!), they actually 'shooed' us away with hand gestures. Unbelievable. They suggested we were illiterate - that we couldn't read the sign stating it was private property. Wow.On our way back to the parking lot, we spotted the tiny sign to which they referred, under a tree, +/- 20' from the 'sidewalk' leading to the docks. We'll never be back...by land or sea! :-(

Shhhh! Don't tell anyone of this jewel of a place - friendly boaters, shady picnic tables, clean washrooms, and the best sunsets. A great place to raise kids to teach about water safety and boating.

Nice Marina in a beautiful area.

It's a nice marina. Well kept for the most part. Bar restaurant right beside it and it's a quick 15 minute walk to a very nice downtown Bayfield.

Great place to summer your boat, and store for the winter. It’s our 3rd year here and we love it. Excellent management is so accommodating. Clean rest rooms and showers. But more than anything, we have made such good friends here. It’s a nice place to bring the family.
