Went for second check up upon Dr.Gills request from previous week. I waited an hour in the waiting room and he eventually saw me. He was offended that I proceeded to ask literally 1 min of questions about my condition. He replied, “you see how many people I have in my waiting room.” In other words “quit wasting my time” which is really surprising because he spent probably 3 mins with me in total. Never going back here again. Terrible experience.

My husband is a patient, whom I accompanied to this office. First few visits went okay, today's visit left a lot to be desired. I watched as we were one of the first to arrive. Many others followed. The ones to arrive after my husband were all called in for their test while my husband sat for over 45 minutes. No one spoke to us at all. Took many inquires of staff before they offered up any info. My husband wanted to leave. Took a lot of patience to sit & wait.

So bad. Lack of respect for patients time. Waited 1.5 hours after my appointment time. Ended up leaving. Waited 1.5 hours

Excellent service and beautiful clinic

Had an appointment for 10:30. Never even got to me after half hour. Felt unsafe as all seats were taken and 15 people standing with no seats. People fighting with receptionist No distancing. Too many people in the room. No check for vaccinations. Told to expect waits up to 1 1/2 hours. What is the point of having an appointment? This total greed on Dr. part. Walked out got my field of vision result going somewhere else. Will be check with Healy care to see that the greedy doctor doesn’t over bill. Sending copy to COVID-19 standards committee. No respect for my time. We shall see. You made the wrong guy have to wait. My contacts at Work Safe BC will be visiting your clinic

I waited over an hour. Appointment at 11:15. Its still 12 and Im not called in. Spoke to the receptionis. They called in multiple people that came in for later appointments than me.However, Dr Gill was great, very helpful and knowledgable. They just need to get the scheduling more accurate.
