Very nice experience with my young kids. they are 4 and 7 yrs old. Interesting but at the beginning it might be scary for some kids...a bit pricy but its a one time to do!

I was very disappointed with this company. I purchased a Strom certificate with this as the main attraction. I called the phone number provided on the certificate to book my reservation and the person at the phone did not mention that any changes to my reservation needed to be made 7 days in advance. Unfortunately, something came up and I was unable to attend the cruise. I tried contacting them beforehand and they did not respond. I sent them an email BEFORE the date of my reservation to try to re-schedule and the person only got back to me after the date. She informed me that the policy was on their website when I placed my reservation online (since I called I was NOT aware of their online policies and explained this to them as well as that when I booked the person failed to mention this very important piece of information). I had purchased a second ticket with the person on the phone for my husband. I asked for her to reimburse me at least that, she said any reimbursements were to be done 14 days before the date of departure... I made my reservation after the 14 days of departure I think therefore I would not have been able to do that either! Really disappointing, I was really looking forward to this attraction. One thing for sure: Never going to go. During this very particular time, things can change from one day to the next and not trying to help people with young kids is extremely frustrating. They could at least have tried to be accommodating. It was simply no, no, no.
