Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Calgary

Serdem just finished with the work on our hot tub. Just wanted to give some feedback on the visit. This was probably the best service I have received from a tech in any industry. Personable, patient, thorough and talented. If I have a choice I want him back on any future service calls. He’s a credit to the Jacuzzi brand and I hope he stays with the company for a long time.

These guys are consummate professionals. Being a first time purchaser of a hot tub, I was intent on doing my research and asking a ton of questions. John, the sales manager, very patiently answered every single one of them in detail, all the while ensuring that there was no “sales hype” in his responses. He emphasized that it was in the post sales process that Jacuzzi Calgary really shines and he was true to his word (more on that in a bit). What really impressed me about John was that he never once talked down his competitors across the street, which was not the case with these competitors, who made several disparaging remarks about Jaccuzi Calgary. None of which proved true. John didn’t offer me any ‘too good to be true deals’, there were no “if you buy this weekend, we’ll throw in a free massage chair” spiels. It was evident that John and the staff at Jaccuzi are confident in the product they sell and the brand stands up to the claims they make. I absolutely love my hottub! There was a small hiccup during installation and delivery, mainly because I insisted on delivery during a -20c day. I noticed the issue after the installers had left on a Friday afternoon and when I called called John, even though he couldn’t get a team out that day, he himself came and looked at the problem and gave me his personal assurance that there was nothing to worry about and that Jaccuzi would remedy the issue on the Monday. And that is exactly what they did. With the exception of the one competitor, every other hottub dealer I spoke to during my research spoke very highly of Jacuzzi Calgary, for me when you have the respect of your industry peers, you truly stand apart from the competition!

The experience started with a fantastic showroom and helpful staff. Jeff went above and beyond to find a suitable hot tub for our needs and budget. The financing company they use was a breeze and completed in minutes. The great experience continued when the delivery crew, including their electrician who had previously come to my house and quoted me on the electrical costs. They were fantastic and got the tub through a tight spot with ease. Jeff also invited me back to the store for a spa school" where he took me through all the chemical needs

Jacuzzi Hot tubs of Calgary went above and beyond to make sure I got my hot tub on time even with all the snow. I had a great buying experience with Jon, he made sure that I was well informed from start to finish. Loving my J-365 and using it almost everyday

Jacuzzi was great to deal with. They have a trusted name and one of the best warranties on the market. With being in Calgary, I am happy to hear that the local service will be very fast and not have to wait on parts.The tub is great, and they didn't try to up-sell us. In house training for new tub owners and the chemical package is quite extensive, providing 4 months of product to get you started.The tub works very well. Some friends that own came by for a dip and they commented on how strong the jets are and the quality of the tub itself.Very happy thus far!

We shopped at every Tub place in Calgary and after review, we bought our Tub from Jacuzzi Hot Tubs. Exceptional service from all employees including sales, services and install. The Tub technology and operations are so easy to learn and doing the Chemicals once a week is super easy. Right from our first visit to learn about their hot tubs to our frequent calls or emails during our first year of owning the hot tub, the team at Calgary Jacuzzi have all been so amazing. Jeff helped us out for our purchase of the hot tub and since then, we have primarily been dealing with Annika and she is incredible. We can’t thank her enough for everything she’s done for us over the last year and a half. We had some issues with our hot tub in the first few months but the team was quick to work on resolving them. Jacuzzi Calgary team were always so responsive and took such great care of us. Every interaction we’ve had with them, they have treated us like such valued clients and we truly appreciate that. When it comes to service and quality look no further than buying a Jacuzzi. WE have owned a Jacuzzi for over 10 years and recently purchased another one as a result of a move .When you go through your thought process always think about after service . The product is outside and will obviously need repairs time to time . Jacuzzi always ensure that we are happy and promptly deals with any issues that you may have. I have heard from other people that once the initial purchase is done , then they struggle to get customer service after the fact . I can tell you that this is not the case with Jacuzzi ( Calgary). They will pick up the phone or answer your emails promptly and resolve your issues . Both Annika and Jeff and Jon are awesome to deal with and exemplify great customer service . I can attest that Jacuzzi stands by their warranty. We just love our Jacuzzi hot tub knowing that we have a lasting relationship with the team that sold it to us . The product is great. My wife and I have had our Jacuzzi for one month and we love it! We would highly recommend Jacuzzi hot tubs of Calgary.When shopping for hot tubs you'll often experience a used car dealership vibe, with pushy salesmen and manipulative tactics used to close the sale. At Jacuzzi, I did not experience this at all, and the superiority of the product spoke for itself from the moment I walked into the showroom.We purchased the hot tub for our short term rental after extensive research. The premium brand name, higher quality construction, and longer warranty makes Jacuzzi the superior option to provide reliable and quality hydrotherapy to guests.Our tub was used when we purchased it which presented some minor technical issues, and had some damage from the delivery process. Jeff was quick to respond and is friendly and approachable, and the service technician was experienced and friendly as well. Any hot tub is prone to having issues, what matters however is the customer service and resolution process. With Jacuzzi Hot Tubs of Calgary you are in great hands!Bonus: I work from home which requires me to be sitting for long periods, which has resulted in recurring lower back pain. The chiropractor visits were getting to be expensive and the commute was time consuming. Since purchasing the Jacuzzi I have noticed my back pain is essentially non-existent, and I haven't seen the chiropractor in a month. Just one more reason to purchase a Jacuzzi!

We shopped around and can honestly say there was no question with where we would be purchasing our hot tub. Calgary Jacuzzi was awesome. Jeff did a wonderful job of going through everything and matching us with the right tub for us.Then delivery day and the team was great took the extra time to place it perfectly, cleaned up the mess, hooked up everything and also gave us some great pointers. I will also add that Darren the Master Electrician was great to work with prior to the delivery day.Again thank you to the entire team would recommend these guys all day long.
