Really unimpressed with this bank. Goes back on their word after lying and saying the didn’t agree when we had the letter from the st Catherine’s branch., that they sent. Has decided to raise our mortgage from 1900 to 2600 a month. When they sent the letter stating it would stay the same until we resigned and was to go down from 1900 to 1800. With two family members on disability how the hell are we supposed to live. Especially in the current situation around the Provence. Again very unhappy and disappointed with the service. Will be switching banks as soon as possible. I do not ever recommend this credit union bank.This is not the first time they have taken more money from our accounts then they should. Then we had to pay the price of other bills bouncing because of them.

Very helpful with attention to detail kind of staff.

Had a $50 fee taken out of my account. Tried to contact the manager multiple times no answer, left a message and still has not contacted me back. This is also not the first time I’ve had the same issue with not being contacted back, or the manager answering the phone at this location. At this point I’m just going to head over to another credit union.
