Excellent service and a thousand thank yous to Elle who went the extra mile to get my delivery out on time as there were some complications on my end. My friend who received the flowers just loved them and the photos she sent of her flowers were much nicer than the photo on the website! Good job, Pinkerton Flowers! I highly recommend.

Item shown received & i must say even nicer then picture (size, colour & fresh flowers). Great communication via email & phone. Company cares about client satisfaction & it shows. Flowers delivers on time. Free shipping in CND is a plus. I have no complaints reason being i always order from them (nice smooth transactions). I recommend their services.

I live in Calgary, Alberta and honestly, Pinkerton's flowers are by far the most reliable and best florist I have ever dealt with. As a former resident of Montreal, used to order from them when I lived there, however upon relocating to calgary in 1996, have never used another company. Nancy, Elle, Danika are extremely personable and definitely go the extra mile to provide quality service and no matter where I ask for deliveries to be sent, the arrangements, flowering plants and overall items exceed expectation. I would definitely recommend pinkerton's to anyone and a big thank you to Nancy, Elle and Danika for always providing such amazing service and for their genuine dedication to their jobs..

Pinkerton’s staff went beyond their usual excellent service and attention to detail on my last order. She noticed when assembling my last beautiful bouquet that I had forgotten the name of one of our numerous family members on the card. She called me back to ensure that I did not want the name on the card. I was able to correct it and embarrassment averted. Thank you.

I ordered flowers for my elderly mother for Easter. Through the process I made an error with the address when I discovered it I called and they had already fixed it ( googled the residence that she lives in). I was impressed by the attention I got, including asking me before substituting flowers. Mom loved the flowers! I will definitely call Pinkerton again for my next order, thank you!

Pinkerton link was recommended by a family friend who lives in Montreal. A five minutes very helpful chat online from UK. Ordered the flowers I needed online. Confirmation at all 3 stages including the final confirmation of correct delivery of the flowers.Will use them again when ever I need their service.
