I bought a new skidoo grandtouring LE. last December. After first ride found the suspension was way to soft. they sold me new springs for the cost of 150.00 but it didn't work , I then asked what we could do next.they then tell me there is a shock for 1400.00 that might work. But were not sure. I then asked the salesman about trading for the grandtouring SE. Which has air ride, the one i should of bought to start with .they then insulted me by offering me 7000.00 trade on a machine I just gave them 11500.00 for I can see taking a hit but that is crazy well I learned a lesson and will never go back or buy another skidoo product I was never looking for a hand out just some customer service after the sale i would of bought what it took to get machine right well I found the right buyer for machine and was able to recoup some of the money and have now purchased the right machine from a reputable non skidoo dealerSCOTT S DAYFryeburg maine

Stopped by Saturday 6/1 and looked at the Bennington pontoon boats and consulted with Tim. Also took a ride to see the inventory at a NH dealer, selection at Richardson's was better and less expensive than the NH dealer. Called Tim on Tuesday when they re-opened and gave him a deposit to hold the boat, motor, and trailer we wanted. Planned to take delivery on the following Saturday with Mike handling the test ride. On Friday morning I called Mike and let him know were were available Friday afternoon. Went for the test ride at the Marina on Friday and took delivery. The woman in the office was quick and thorough, Mike was great showing me the features of the boat. Provided us with temporary tags for the trailer and the boat. The Bennington met with all our expectations of a quality product supported by an industry leading warranty. This is our third new pontoon boat and know the quality features to look for.
