Exceptional customer service from staff member Neiko who definitely went above and beyond with his level of care and assistance in my purchase. Took me throughout the store helping me locate everything I needed and initiated the contact from the beginning. Very happy to return to this location!

Lots of friendly staff members willing to help a person find what they are looking for. Bathroom is very clean and has updated fixtures.

It's always fun to come here. Usually with my husband. This is his home away from home. The staff are always great and knowledgeable here. Even though this store is all the way across town for me, it's a place we come often.

Drove from 2 hours out of town to buy a BBQ that they had multiple in stock but 2 or 3 sales people couldn’t find even one of the BBQ after making my family wait for 30 minutes and said come back another day. When I called to talk to the manager on Monday she said I should have talked to her and made it sound like it was my fault.

Great stock. You always seem to have the things we need in our renovation projects. The staff are always helpful and knowledgeable. I really notice the better attitude of home depo staff compared to the other home improvement stores in town

Helpful and smiling people work here!We started in the lovely Garden Center where the ladies were cheery and helpful, even when it was so cold outside!Met a couple more helpful ladies inside and finished outside with ZACH.Such a pleasant experience, finding everything we needed.Thank you to ALL, who helped make a dreary day bright!We have been back here a number of times for all the lovely plants they have at reasonable prices.There certainly isn't too much one can not find in this store from plants, plant food, fire tables, different furniture, lawn chairs, anything and everything to complete and beautify a home.BRYON was yet another one who went out of his way to help us, Zach and Ivy were there too to pitch in.We enjoy shopping here.The staff are always so helpful, not to mention, they have most everything we need.Popped into Homedepot to look for a mum plant and ended up with an inukshuk instead!Yup, always something new and interesting at Homedepot!Always lovely pleasant people too!

Trevor, the team in the loading bay and guest services were so fantastic when I had quite a few things to pick up over the May long weekend. It was very busy but everyone was very friendly & provided exceptional service.

Went there yesterday to purchase a table saw. I have a few fractured ribs and asked for help to get the saw onto a trolley and the employee went above and beyond to assist. He took the cart to the cashier for me and had me pull my truck up and assisted in loading the saw into my truck as well. I cannot thank them enough for the customer service they showed me yesterday.

Poorest service ever. We ordered a stove to be delivered June 9 , still haven’t seen it and apparently the store doesn’t know anything. Took off countless hrs from work and delivery never showed. Ordered a fridge they brought the wrong one, cancelled the order and days later the fridge showed up( that was cancelled).was told to be in the store to have ourMastercard refunded, drove 40 miles in to find that we didn’t need to do that either. Still unresolved.
