I've been here multiple times, and no matter who's working they're always very nice and helpful. Plus there's a cute cat that greets you at the counter when you check out so that's a win.

Great selection of pet supplies, staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Prices are great always have what I need. They are close to the canadian tire where there is a great hunting counter with a great assortment of rifles and ammunition

Never had a bad experience. Staff are great. I recently bought a large bag of cat food and just as I was about to open it at home I noticed it expired the following month. Because it was a large bag, my cats wouldn't finish it before it expired. I brought it back to exchanging for another bag and they had no issues and apologized because it was their error it was still on the shelf.I would like to include another experience. I had broken my wrist and employees were so helpful and brought my bag of food to my vehicle.

This location has the worst customer service of every pet valu location I've been to. I went in with my dog and they just stared us down, didn't say hi, didn't offer help. If you're gonna make eye contact in customer service, at least make it friendly, if you can't do that, pretend to be too busy to greet. Then i asked them for help finding the dog treats I always get and they talked to me like they were annoyed that I needed help. Why so mean? I gave the store 2 stars because it's a decent location with a lot of options and it's well organized. If the girls didn't have attitude problems it'd be 5 stars.

The staff was very helpful. When I went in one of the staff was right there asking me what did I need or could they help me find it. They actually found a better product then the one I was going to buy .

Dec 2021: They have just moved into their new, much larger store. They have a wide selection of pet food. More importantly, they carry many of the quality pet foods, that you won't find in a grocery, or hardware store. In the five years I have been going there, I have always found the staff friendly and helpful.
