Hartsland Pharmasave Pharmacy

Went in to see Dr. about a stomach issue very fast very thorough far as I’m concerned very very professional doctor went over to the pharmacy to get my prescription pharmacist that’s right in the doctors office they are 1000% awesome fantastic I highly recommend anybody that’s looking for prescriptions to visit these guys. They are awesome I am going to make it my full-time place to get my prescriptions and to see the doctor at this walk-in clinic. I am very very very happy with them

Went in for a walk-in, received service after about 40 minutes. Much faster than the other walk-in clinics in Guelph and the pharmacist was prompt and helpful when picking up the prescription.

So a few months ago my friend switched to the doctor associated with this pharmacy and agreed to switch to this pharmacy as they were at a Pharmasave before. Except after they agreed to switch, they were told this pharmacy doesn't deliver which is inconvenient for us as it's over an hour bus ride away, so they decided to switch. I went with them when they picked up their prescription and told them they would be switching and 1. The Pharmacist was not wearing a mask (this was weeks before the mask mandate was lifted) and did not put one on when we entered. 2. Said that apparently they can deliver 'if you need it' but at this point they had already picked another pharmacy to switch to. It comes time for their medications to be refilled and they refused to switch to the other pharmacy to the point that my roommate is now in withdrawal and had to agree to get the medications from this pharmacy. They're also being charged for medication they weren't being charged for at the last phsrmasave with no explanation as to why, but I'm mostly leaving the 1 star because they were forced into withdrawal because they refused to let them switch to another pharmacy. Please, for the love of God, go anywhere else.

Great customer service! Very professional and friendly and will go the extra mile to price match and keep their customers happy. The staff is always friendly and helpful! Thanks for the truly excellent care!

If I could give these guys 6 stars, I definitely would. Hanny, Aida and Sherry are amazing! I've never had such a great rapport with a pharmacy before as I have with the wondersful staff at Hartsland Pharmasave. They take their time with you and they go out of their way to make sure your order is filled in a timely manner. Plus, their delivery service is so convenient. If you're looking for a welcoming pharmacy that cares for it's customers, then Hartsland Pharmasave Pharmacy is the place you want to go to.
