I'm from Ottawa and was in Toronto and decided to try Punjabi Chaap Corner. I ordered the shahi paneer, masala kulcha, gulab jamun, and mango lassi. Wow! Everything was so flavourful! I absolutely loved the meal! If ever I am back in the area, I will be back. Please note that the shahi paneer is medium spicy. I love that, but for those who don't like heat, that particular dish is spicy. The masala kulcha is not spicy but soooo delicious. Choose it over the butter kulcha.

We ordered shahi paneer (main course). It came with 2 kulchas (bread naan). The food was delicious. Just Expect at least 30 minutes of waiting time (even when not much rush!!)

Highly recommend Punjabi Chaap Corner near Eaton Center. I really liked the Chaap Biryani and Peri Peri Chaap. My husband loved the flavorful crunchiness of Noodles Spring rolls. The staff is super polite and friendly and the place was also clean.

Amritsari Chaap and Malai chaap was really good in taste but paneer butter masala and stuffed kulcha are the biggest disappointment, never had that kind of taste ever gave feedback to staff but they did not show any courtesy to refund or replace item , worst first time experience. giving three stars only for chaap.

Best vegetarian (with vegan option) place in downtown Toronto (very close to Eaton Centre). The food is exceptionally flavourful, with tons of options. I visited along with my friends, and this place was extraordinary. You must try: Paneer Momos (cottage cheese Dim Sum), Chaap Biryani (vegan Biryani), Malai Chaap, and Peri Peri Chaap. I will definitely visit again and try other options on their menu. The staff was super friendly and very good at recommending based on our taste buds. The place is spotless, and the music is good, too—100% recommended.

The place is busy so expect some time. Panipuri is tasty and i liked the taste of khatameetha and thela water more than lemon or garlic. I was a little disappointed with tandoori momos as they are not from tandoor but saute in sweet sauce. They were a little cold but the staff was helpful to replace it with Mango Lassi, which was great in Taste. Definitely, will visit again.
