Went here for a drink and they were absolutely horrible in service. Never order from here unless you want to be ignored while you order

Best Service I've Ever HadThis restaurant buffet was AMAZING - filled with lovely local flair and flavor. However, the BEST part, was the service; specifically, our server, Cédric. We had him our first visit for breakfast and he was so impressive, we returned the second day of our visit and requested him. He was extremely attentive, efficient, and remembered every part of our family's requests - down to our to-go cups of coffee! It's rare to have this level of service and my words fail to do him justice. I 100% recommend CABU for its food and all the employees were so great. Cédric simply was a cut above and our experience was made even better because of him. Un gros merci, Cédric!

Four employees behind the bar. Twelve patrons. I sit at the bar and ask for a drink menu and am told they are too busy to make cocktails, wine list only.Make it make sense. Why advertise your cocktails around the hotel if you don’t serve them? Why have a full bar if it’s beer & wine only?

7/2/22 Restaurant was closed for dinner. Went to the bar area and no one came over except for the bus boy to bring water. Waited 20 minutes and left.Update 7/4/22 we decided to try it for breakfast and was pleasantly surprised. Initially we were concerned as we were not acknowledged while we were standing in front of the host, but he might have been training someone. We got seated at a nice table for two. The waiter came over and brought coffee. The food was VG and all of the staff were working hard. I interacted with the person at the buffet and he was very nice, the waiter kept coming by making sure we are all set and the other staff engaging with the customers was great. I say this encounter was a five star so I averaged the two experiences out and came up with three stars.

Beautiful space, great service, awesome breakfast buffet and cool cocktails!The one thing I wish they did was label their breakfast buffet for the different dietary restrictions so that you don’t have to ask the server who has to ask the kitchen all the time and to have more options for Dairy free or Gluten free.

Went to the Breakfast Buffet and it was exceptional. The food was amazing and fresh, and the decor was stunning. There was fresh bread, smoked salmon and smoothies. This may seem expensive at first, but it is worth it. Will definitely be back!

Breakfast package was totally worth it. The coffee kept coming! Never had better pineapple! Our server was the BEST!! So attentive and what a personality! His name started with a W!! I wish I wrote it down so I could tell you to always ask for him!We did not enjoy our dinner meal - but if you really need to - just order the burger!

We just “enjoyed” the unmitigated disaster that this hotel has the gall to call breakfast.I didn’t have terribly high hopes but I expected edible from an otherwise quite nice hotel. The items made in house would not have been acceptable in a high school cafeteria; overcooked and crumbly eggs, boiled chewy sausage, and inedible bacon. Inedible bacon! It’s rather difficult to make me turn down bacon.The only parts that were tasty were the ones bought in a shop. The smoked salmon, potatoes, and the baked goods were all quite nice.All of this luxury was ours for the low low price of $35/person + tip.
