Shawn and team had to reconstruct the floor in our cottage this summer. Which was not a small job. They worked tirelessly and efficiently! We are forever grateful to J&S Construction! What we thought was unfixed became better then new!!!

It's very hard to find a contractor in this region who can deliver quality but won't cost you an arm and a leg. Unlike some builders/contractors, Shawn does not charge a mark up on materials and he would even work with our own vendors. But his best quality is his honesty and the commitment of a deal is a deal". He would not quote you a price and threw you a surprised bill two third into a job

As a former employee I can say working for j&s was the best experience for someone fresh in the trades Shawn always took the time to run through things with me that I didn’t understand my co workers were the best workers Ik and all jobs were always well organized and everyone always did what was best for the costumer great experience
