The Vaper Store

Went in two weeks ago or so when they opened. Easily the best selection of juice flavors in the City! Literally something for everyone. Has a ton of top quality stuff for advanced vapers, but lots of selection and options for those starting out too. Highly recommended!

If I could give zero stars, frankly I would. I've been a vaper for a long time and have worked in retail for 17 years.The store has a good design, however, looks like garbage. Nothing is straight and aligned, I wish I would have taken pictures of mods falling off of each other in the cases.When I arrived, the staff member was in the back room and took her sweet time to come out to help the client, didn't say a word at all.When I asked about commonplace vaping coils, she took her time and said the store probably didn't carry them, she doesn't know.Nice.When I asked about a nic salt, not sweet, fruity, she brought out 3 options, two were sickly sweet. 3rd option was fab!$26 plus tax for a 30ml of no name with the wrong PGVG ratio for MTL?I walked out.Never to come back.Get it together.

Excellent customer service! I stopped by after work yesterday around 7:30 and the employee behind the counter convinced me to switch from Vuse to Stlth as soon as I asked for Vuse pods lol it took him like 30 seconds to do it. Great salesman and overall a good guy! I'm never going back to Vuse!!

My favourite vape shop in the city. Great selection and the people that work there are always very helpful and super nice!

Employee gave me the wrong coils, when I tried to exchange them he took them and left me with nothing.He then kicked me out and assaulted me on my way. Am currently filling a police report.Not sure of his name but he's very fat.Would like a response from management to either receive the correct product or get my $27 back, this is literal theft.

Lets face it folks, Toronto is a sweat sewer city. Despite this, the Vapor Store is an oasis of a bygone era. Well stocked and with a knowledgeable and friendly staff (Laura is a standout!) the Vapor Store may be the only thing in this city keeping me from being locked up in the Institute for the Criminally Insane.

Honestly I knew next to nothing about vaping when I went into buy a pipe and nicsalts to try & help cut down my cigarette smoking. Girl behind the counter couldn’t have been less interested in helping me if I’d smelled like a moose. Not just unhelpful but totally unwilling to make any recommendations let alone show me how to assemble the pipe and fill it. Whoever is training the staff there needs to up their game to explain customer service to their staff. Luckily there are dozens of vape stores close to this one so I’ll never need to go back. One star at best.

Used to live this store and shopped here all throughout the pandemic when I could have gotten deals online! Spent $1000’s here over the years, would walk in and buy 50 vapes all at once before going on a long trip abroad. But my experience this week really left a bad taste in my mouth. Went to buy 12 vapes and asked for the standard 15% bulk discount I’ve been consistently getting for 3 years. The guy refused and only offered me 10%. When I told him that I’ve been a consistent customer and named his colleagues that I used to shop from he just gave me a “I don’t care, talk to my manager” attitude. When I asked for the manager’s email so I could reach out, he gave me a generic “info@vape” email. You can justify increasing your prices because of inflation, that’s fine. But to stop giving bulk and customer loyalty discounts, and then treat your customers with tremendous apathy is bad business. At the very least, he could have been nice.
