Helping Hands Daycare Millbrook

Our son has been at Helping Hands since October’ 2020 and we have really loved our experience with them. We feel completely safe sending our son there with their Covid protocols and how they have been handling everything. The staff has been amazing and always give us a report at the end of the day. We love the HiMama app that they use. We get updated photos, know what the meals/snacks for the day are, when diaper changes are, how long naps are and if we need to bring any supplies in. We would highly recommend this daycare to other parents!

My daughter started attending daycare here a few days a week and we only have great things to say! I know it’s hard too send your child to daycare if they’ve never been but helping hands made us feel very comfortable. The HiMama app they use is amazing, it’s nice to see the updates during the day! My daughter is Autistic and they are very accommodating. She’s a picky eater but the wide variety of food they offer gives her the chance to try new things! She looks forward to going everyday and gets so excited as soon as we pull into the parking lot which makes it much easier sending her knowing how much she enjoys going.

We have had a really good experience with this daycare. All of the staff are caring and patient. They keep us informed of any behavior problems with our kids but in a respectful way. They use an app to create daily reports for the kids which is really helpful. It was a rough adjustment period in the beginning (as with any daycare) but now our kids are excited to go to school" each morning. Covid policies were a bit frustrating but I imagine they were the same across all licensed daycares. Couldn't ask for a better daycare."

Our daughter attended HH Millbrook from March 2021 to August 2022. We loved the friendly and caring environment. The variety of activities provided throughout the day. Outdoor play and interactive learning. Beautiful, clean space.

We love this daycare!My daughter loves going to “school” everyday and has loved all her teachers from the beginning. We love that we can receive updates and pictures throughout the day, meals are healthy with so much variety, and all the staff are great and quick to respond to questions or concerns.

We started our 9 month old daughter last week and she absolutely loves it! She seems so excited to see everyone at drop off . I love seeing the photos through the day and all the updates . We are very happy with the daycare and highly recommended it!

Our daughter is really shy, so we were really nervous to send her to daycare. The staff are so friendly and understanding, and keep us updated with photos and info all day on the app. She settled in really quickly and loves going now :) We are very happy with the quality of care.

It was stressful thinking about my son attending daycare, especially during COVID-19; however I could not be happier with HHD Millbrook!! The staff are amazing and watching my son comfortably go to them assures me that he's in good hands. The communication with the team is my favourite part; with the assistance of the HiMama app I feel like I'm still connected to my son during the workday and love getting the updates about his day.I know parents who have sent their children to other Helping Hand Daycares (Courtice & Whitby) and I hear the same. They are so professional, and have kept our children safe, especially during COVID-19. So professional, caring, and I would highly recommend them to any parent.

My son just started here at Helping Hands Millbrook. His experience so far has been amazing, we love it here! He is always happy, and learning lots! All the stuff are so nice and I love the HiMama app they use as I am always updated on how my sons day is going. I receive pictures throughout the day which is so nice to see. The facility is clean and healthy meal and snacks are served everyday. Overall our experience has been great, I highly recommend if your looking for child care for your child.

We love Helping Hands daycare. My daughter is excited to go everyday and she loves her teachers. The facility is clean, the staff is amazing and the meals are very healthy. I highly recommend this facility for child care.
