Poor poor clientele service!! Was stunned, wave the young man twice for his assistance look right at me did not help. When to the cash ask the young lady(she was nice) for help she instructed him to help me he said ill help someone else first and then be with you! 10 minutes later he is walking around placing carts ignoring me still, i go to pay my item realizing he will not come help. He is still there not doing anything just standing I ask the young lady to get me someone she turns to him and say why don’t you want to go help her! I was shocked!!Her service was fine but HE should not be working there or anywhere where customer service is required! I’m a business owner and I will not be taking my business to Candiac ever again!! Like many others im sure!

If you're branded as Staples and have a press 1 for English option, I would highly recommend having someone who speaks English pick up the phone :)The English options in the automated menus just send you in a loop for 20 minutes and whoever ends up picking up the phone doesn't speak much English and is somewhat rude about it. I'll spare you the details but it was not a pleasant experience. It's no so bad for business since most people in Candiac, La Prairie and such are francophones but it's pretty bad for the Staples brand as a whole...

Just wish they delivered! But they got good solutions on how to be able to transport things back home in a tiny car! Ended up fitting 2 big chairs into my tiny KIA with 2 extra people apart from me in it. Took them out of the boxes and distributed the parts around the car!

it is not really important for me cuz u see people who dosnt know their job every day.so long story short. I asked for the price match for an item that was already like with notmal price of 46 in amazon and they were selling itatthat time for 100$ . As the costco was selling the same product for 10 dollor, I asked the smae price which is it what price match policy means.thr guy asked the manager and he said not it I'd not possible and we only do for 20 dollor differences orstuff like that. it was like he gonna pay from his pocket or staple gonna get broke with this couple of dollars.avoid this store in general, all items overpriced and they are hypocrite about their adverti3s polocies

Full size Staples store, everything from school stuff to office furniture. Great to buy office supplies, notebooks and try computer stuff like chairs, monitor's, compare router's, that kind of things. Recycling center available for electronics like printer consumables.

That place is in candisc, they sale material for bureau. Known as staples in Canada and USA. I bought many of my computer laptop there over the years. They repair the laptop to, sale ink, paper, softwares, etc. Bros jfl

I'll spare the details but can tell you that excellence in customer service was definitely NOT invented in this store.If you want respect and good service make the detour to Bureau en Gros at 10/30 and forget Candiac store.

Helpful staff and great service. Floor clerk help me find what I needed that was not on the store shelves and rung me up at the cash at the same time. I was in and out of there in less than 15mins.
