The driver refused to communicate with me unless I spoke in French. Quebec is a bilingual province and every professional that works for such a service should be able to accommodate clients speaking either language, if they are able to of course. Refusing to help me simply because I spoke to them in English is ridiculous. Didn’t expect any form of discrimination from STL.

I would like to give ZERO stars, but it is not possible. At station Montmorency, I have lived the worst transportation experiencer ever. The staff was confused about their own policies and how things work. First time in Laval and I hated the experience. I needed two bus tickets so I went to the women at the counter of the metro and asked for 2 bus tickets on my opus card. I had the pass for the day for the metro so I did not need any extra metro tickets, obviously. The woman gave me two metro tickets and I had no ideas. Now, if I was in Longueuil, the person at the counter would have told me Miss you already have the pass for the day

More fees, less service. No structure when you wait in line, barbaric kids highjack the line and push people to get in the bus(bus 144(cote-vertu) and agent said they can’t send anyone to supervise what’s going on. Sometimes bus shows up, sometimes It doesn’t. I wish the stl finally had a competitor,I would choose another public transport company over this one in a heartbeat. The only good thing about the stl is their bus drivers. Most of them are very nice people.oh and Don’t waste your time calling customer service, agents don’t care about your complaint. I feel more heard on this review section than when I call them.

I have to take 3 buses to get to work , they are always a little late, up to 10 mins. max, today was the first snow storm I assumed they would be a little bit later than usual, but no I had to wait 25mins for my 1st and second bus, and my third bus was 1 hour late.. how is this acceptable please? We pay a decent amount of money and cannot afford to be late to work like this ?

The perfect examply of monopole, If you would like to see the most mal-organized" and the Worst transportation company please try STL.Despite the rapid increase in Laval's population this company has been running same lines with the same schedules and same number of buses from eternity past and it doesn't seem they are planning on changing that

Today , Again I have to take 3 buses , I cannot afford for 1 to be to late other wise I'm late for the other too..So it happened , the 42 direction Carrefour was late and 2 buses were there at the same time, but the first one went pass me did not let me go in!!!! And if he would have let me go in I would not have been late for my second bus !!!!!! I am so frustrated right now!! Plus no one never replied to my previous comment and makes me wonder if were even being read or heard???

Many of the bus drivers and ticket booth employees are VERY RUDE. They need more training on how to respond to customers, or they should just retire.

I have been using this bus service for the past five years and I have noticed that the bus drivers often drive at high speeds. Despite my previous feedback, I have not seen any improvements in this regard. It would be great if the company could address this issue and ensure a safer travel experience for all passengers

70 east was a no show at 6:02am yesterday on Normand Betune corner Montee Monette. There are no more detours. The road is paved. WHY WHY WHY. This happens very often.I appreciate you responding to my posting. I did not write this for compensation. I just want to have service. Last winter at -26, 3 buses in a row did not show up. I was so freezing that I did not go to work. This is the only bus that comes in the area so if a driver calls in sick or an accident happens we are screwed.

Buses are guaranteed late and often don't even show up - and this happens even in summer.They also schedule buses that run parallel to each other, with only a short distance between them, all within 5 minutes of each other. There are 3 buses I can take from home or from Montmorency metro (the 26, 40 and 46) and they all leave within the same 5 minute window of time - if I miss one I have missed them all and have to wait half an hour. Its not very good planning.
