Jeff and Jamie just installed a new furnace and heat pump and we were impressed with the work ethic. Both Jeff and Jamie took great care throughout the installation process and they answered all our questions with ease during the last 2 days. Overall, we are extremely happy with both these professionals as well as with Enercare.

Jeff, Jamie and Jordan all did a wonderful job. The install of our new furnace replaced a 21 year old unit and we couldn't be happier. The install techs clearly took pride in their work and it showed. Their trades craft, cable management, attention to detail and knowledge was remarkable. The install is clean and we have piece of mind that our furnace will work and be much more efficient.

We were unfortunate to experience an air conditioner malfunction in the middle of a heat wave. Enercare was exceptional in booking a same-day service visit and arrived early in the booking window. Our technician, Dylan Burry, was lovely and went out his way (driving back to the warehouse during rush hour to pick up additional parts) to ensure the issue was resolved and that our a/c unit was functional again. We're very pleased with our experience and would recommend them to other customers in the Ottawa area.

We had issues with our water heater and contacted Enercare. They had an opening later that day. Service tech (Norm) came by and verified the unit, discovered the issue quickly (water heater temperature was reduced), and verified the rest of the unit for good measure. He gave me good advice regarding it's maintenance and future needs. Great service all around.

Dylan Burry came to my house because my ac wasn’t working. He was very professional and informative and taught me how to clean the filter in my furnace. He also replaced a piece on the outdoor ac unit and it started working again! Amazing and nice guy :)

I was expecting a costly repair or to be required to replace my A/C after I was told that it was leaking coolant. But the repair was expertly handled by a Enercare Repair Technician, Norm Rollins who extended the life of my current air conditioner. He is a great person to deal with. He explained everything thoroughly. My Enercare plan saved me a lot of money on parts as well. Very happy indeed.
