Third time coming here for the SAME blood test. I have something that needs to be tested before noon and I've been coming at around 9:30-10am. The wait is so long that they tell me to come back because they won't be able to pass me before noon. I'm actually waiting right now, it's 11:20am, still have around 40 people before me. Hopefully I'll be able to pass, I'm beyond pist.

It was my first visit, nothing negative to say. Arrived there at 7h am (open at 6:30), waited about 1h in and out. Everyone that I encountered was professional and knowledgeable of their duties. I believe my doctor will receive the test result and will update this review if not. Also the waiting area takes in consideration the distancing which is good not only for covid, but every other virus that might be around.

The worst place ever! I did a blood test three weeks ago and nothing was sent to my doctor. When I called to follow up receptionist Julie was literally in a rush to get off the phone and told me my doctor has to call them for the result. What nonsense! Isn’t it the lab’s responsibility to submit the results to the doctors??? Such incompetence from the nurse who draws blood to the receptionist who answers the phone.

My experience was great st this location! took an electronic ticket number, waited my turn esrly morning at 7 am, they texted me the details where should i meet the health worker for blood test, the whole process took an hour, (wait and meeting first and second health worker), it is busy lot of people waiting but they ste fast processing people.

From the time I got in line outside (10:45am) till the the time I finished and left the building (1:15pm) it took 2 1/2 hours.. Pack a lunch! Staff were nice and the only cost was my time..

I checked on the Google listing, their website and in-person and all of their opening hours are different. Wednesdays however at 2:30pm, it said they'd be open. We showed up, there was nobody and a padlock on the door, and there was no mention of differing hours whatsoever anywhere online. Tried to find their phone number which was impossible to find by the way, you had to search on the website pretty deeply.Once we found it, we called and there were no agents available, and you couldn't even leave a message. There is basically nobody to talk to about their hours, no resources available and nobody to take my complaint seriously. This Google review is the best I could do and I really hope they fix their system since it's frustrating and kinda unprofessional really. We just needed to pick something up. Please please fix this, thank you.

My husband and I got bloodwork done here - his results were sent to the wrong address, mine were not sent anywhere… or, at least, not to the right place. The wait was over two hours. The only thing that wasn’t horrible was the friendly nurse and security staff that helped people find seats.

Took an hour in and out. If you get there late in the morning, be prepared to line up outside

I went with my paperwork. My nurse took my blood sample and gave me two tubes for stool samples. I went back to drop off the samples and I was told I was missing two tubes based on my sheet. I was taken back to the nurse who helped me as they questioned him in front of me. Was a bit awkward but everyone was apologetic. No problem there, mistakes happen. He gave me two new tubes and explained what to do. Came back today and the new nurse was super rude. Told me I had put too much and asked if I read the instructions and kept going on and on. I explained to her I followed the verbal directions from the previous nurse. She didn’t care what I had to say. Told me I messed up and she’ll send it even though it won’t be accepted and that’s that. She kept huffing and puffing as she filled out paperwork. I wanted to be nice so i apologized restating I was just doing what the nurse said. Oh boy. Did that set her off. She went on another rant circling the paper with the instructions telling me how I messed up. She told me to go. Didn’t hand over my card. I had to reach under the plexi to get it myself.

Closed today Friday 30 coz of holiday tomorrow
