Had this shop install 8 drive tires on my peterbilt and asked them to do an alignment.This shop claimed I needed a new tie rod so I said fine do it and get my truck aligned so I can take my Alberta run.Go and pick up the truck and as I get onto the highway I notice the truck is pulling hard right, I call them and tell them this and they said bring it back when you get back.I go back 4 days later they said it’s fixed and I go to pick it up, shops closed and again trucks still pulling to the right, I called and they said bring it back.After my last trip I brought it back and this time they started adding shims and screwing with the truck’s suspension without the alignment computer and sensors being hooked up to it.After several hours I got frustrated asked for my alignment money back they said talk to manpreet who was conveniently away.I ran another load to Calgary and they made the truck pull so hard to the right that my arm fell asleep trying to keep the truck straight.Took it to kal tire in Calgary and it took the technician 4 hours to fix this shops so called alignment, every axle was out of alignment, cost me 572 dollars to fix it.Messaged manpreet and he said he won’t be refunding any money and to bring my truck back to him to which I declined because it’s finally fixed and have no desire for these dummies to touch my truck.Do not use this shop, run the other way and stay away, if you choose to ignore what I’ve written you only have yourself to blame after stuff goes wrong or you get ripped off which trust me will happen.Pay the extra few bucks and go to a reputable place like kal or fountain tire.
