DYMON Storage

2 words - Deplorable Ineptitude! I set up a mailbox for my business 2 years ago. They first lost the only key and I waited weeks for another to be made. Still have not received the second key I was to receive, 2 years later.Received a notice that a parcel arrived, went in to retrieve it and the parcel mysteriously vanished. Front desk confirmed there was record of a package arriving in my name. They said they would look into it and follow up. 2 MONTHS LATER, still no response. WHERE IS MY PARCEL?!?Why did fees for mailbox go UP 50% IN THE LAST YEAR!?Absolutely disgusted. Will be posting this all over tiktok. Dymon should be ashamed of themselves.

I find they get your business by initially offering low prices, then once term as expired, they increase their rates exponentially, to the point where it is ridiculous. I have addressed with Dymon, and there is no negotiation, even after years of continuous customer loyalty. :(So many persons changing that emails don't always get addressed properly or responded to. On the plus side, the convenience of shredding secure documents on site is a bonus, as is their day to day customer service in person. :)

A bit pricey for their storage units however it's always clean and well kept. They offer truck services to bring your stuff on your initial visit. Which is a bonus.

An extremely well operated facility. The sign up was done over the phone with a very friendly associate, reserve a unit. When we came in personally to complete the paperwork, the formalities were smooth.Smit, the associate who helped us, was very customer friendly. The place well demarcated for today's Covid situation.The unit and all surrounding areas very clean. The entry and exit electronically managed via their security app.Truly a 5 star class facility to store your stuff in.Definitely recommended.

Highly professional operation that I have dealt with for years. Pricey, but as a small business owner, it is well worth it.

Came to get some boxes etc for my upcoming move. Very friendly staff. Large selection of products, and reasonable prices.

The team at Dymon Storage was outstanding. Monica was incredibly accommodating and was able to organize and coordinate with the moving crew for the very specific availability window I had for my move. She was excellent at communicating with me throughout the entire process. The team was very professional and careful with my items, they too were excellent communicators and very efficient. They also carefully stored my items at the Dymon facility without requiring my presence and did a fantastic job at it. I would highly recommend working with Monica and the team at Dymon Storage.

Friendly staff. Easy accessible storage. Love the drive-through loading bay in the winter.
