These guys are so very friendly and helpful, and always have in hand the chemicals needed for our hot tub. They also offer complimentary water samples. I highly recommend this place!

John who claims to be the owner, sold me the wrong filter for my new Marquis spa. After bringing it home and comparing it with the original filter that came with the tub it was clearly too small. When I tried to exchange it for the right filter he argued with me telling me I was wrong. I had to call Marquis to confirm the correct filter number and guess what, he was wrong and sold me the wrong filter. Marquis cautioned that this smaller filter will not work properly in my tub and could lead to potential issues. At this point I just wanted my money back so that I could shop somewhere else. That is when I was told that they dont do returns. After more aguing and name calling he reluctantly exchanged the wrong filter for the right filter. After some quick research I also found out that everything he sold me was about 60% more expensive than many other stores that sell Marquis products. Do not give this egotistical (not so) know it all your business.

This summer my wife and I decided we wanted to purchase a swim spa. This is a huge investment so we went to all the major dealers to learn about their products. We stumbled upon Peterborough Landscape and Supply while searching Facebook marketplace and reached out for more information. I am so happy we reached out because the team there was so knowledgeable and gave us all the information we needed to make the decision. They even explained the process on how these tubs are made. We dealt with John and Fraser who were the friendliest, genuine guys, so different from the other sales associates we encountered at others stores. My wife and I had so many questions and they answered all our calls and responded to all our texts. Their pricing was the best and they coordinated everything for the delivery and setup of the spa. They even set me up with a few month supply of all the chemicals I needed to get started. The entire process was perfect, from consultation, to delivery, to setup. They even called me a few months later to ensure I was happy with our purchase. I HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone! We could not be happier with our Marquis Swim spa. Our 4 year old son learned to swim in 2 weeks and we use it almost every night! The best therapy after a long day!

Peterborough Landscape Supply was recommended to us as a good source for some nice flowering shrubs that we wanted to get for our yard. It was a little hard to find, but well worth it! It's quite large, has an amazing variety of trees, shrubs, soils and anything else you could want for your garden, and the prices are very reasonable. So happy we now know about this place!

I recently purchased a Marquis Spa from Peterborough Landscape, after several friends recommended them. John sold me the spa and was excellent and extremely knowledgeable. Tristan and Fraser have been incredibly helpful after delivery and set-up. They really care about the customer's experience and I highly recommend them.

Ordered a load of a gravel they ask when I'd like it I ask for early morning load was here at 745 next morning that's how you get stuff done

Staff are always friendly and helpful. We recently had a problem with our control panel and called the store. The attendant advised that the issue was covered under warranty and he would notify the repairman who would call us. Mike McKinlay (AKA Hot Tub Mike) called us within 5 minutes and came out that same day to do the repair. We are very satisfied with our product and service through Peterborough Landscape Supply, both during our purchase and through to after sale support. Great company, great hot tub. We love our Marquis!
