My starter failed when I filled up for diesel in Hearst. The next morning I went to Lecours, and even though they didn't have the parts I needed they introduced me to the mechanic and gave me everything I needed to fix my truck. They didn't need to help me, I was a total stranger that got stranded and was passing through. Thank you Lecours, the staff I met today were some of the friendliest people I have ever met.

The parts advisor was extremely helpful but unfortunately they did not have the parts & were already over booked but he got on the phone to the dealer in Kapaskasing who found the parts & made time to do the job for us which saved our bacon on the Friday before the long weekend & also made the arrangements for a tow truck to take our vehicle there. We feel really lucky to have our break down near his dealership. The service could not have been better so thank you very much.
