Very happy with the sales and service of Carefree Pools. Not knowing much about hot tubs, they took the time to answer all my questions AND took the approach that there is no such thing as a stupid question. I highly recommend Carefree Pools to anyone considering a hot tub or pool. Ray and Scott were easy to deal with, informative and went out of their way to help!!

Love this place. It’s been 9 years since I last had a pool and was their customer and I recently returned as I have a pool again. Great as ever. They know I built the pool myself. They know I didn’t buy it from them yet they are appreciative of the business and have been extremely helpful. Same as how I remember. Where other stores outright refuse to deal with my scenario they didn’t. Highly recommend!

Terrible service, bought a brand new hot tub from them, only had the hot tub for 2 months and I’ve had to call them for issues 3 times. My lights are already broken and no one will come fix them I have been waiting for someone to come for a month and a half now. Every time I call I am told someone will be there next week but no one ever shows up.

We were in looking at hot tubs and we spoke to Scott . He was very friendly and helpful, he new the produces and gave the ins and outs of each tub. We did not feel rushed he gave use all the time we needed.

Knowledgeable and helpful staff. We were looking for information on pool installation and received so much more than expected. We still have to contact the actual installer (owner) but we have a good idea as to our options, prices and timeline.When the decision is made, we will be going back to Carefree pools.
