TRG did excellent work from start to finish. I spilled a glass of water on my MacBook and thought for sure I had damaged it. TRG was the only authorized apple service provider I called that could fit me in immediately for servicing. Their rates are great and both people I dealt with at the store were nice to deal with and very experienced. I live 35 minutes away so while really out of the way I would go back if I ever needed servicing again.

Having just switched from a PC to a Mac, I booked a service appointment with John, to resolve connection issues between my Mac mini and screen. John, patiently checked out and quickly resolved the issue, assisted me with some set up issues I was having, and I left a much happier person than when I arrived......thank you John!!I highly recommend TRG Computer Solutions as a new Mac user.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with John and TRG. I came into the store panicked thinking I had lost all of my files, but John was able to completely restore my desktop, including a half written novel, in the matter of minutes. He was friendly, professional, and never made me feel silly or incompetent for not being a tech expert. I had been to two other stores previously who were unable to help me and Apple finally referred me to TRG and thank goodness they did. If you are having any issues with your Mac, this is the place to go. Incredible service and reasonably priced. Would never go anywhere else.

I am so happy with the service I received from John. He helped to recover my data from a Mac with a failing hard drive and transferred it to my new machine. Nothing was lost in the process. Amazing job, Mike and John came highly recommended from the Apple Store in Newmarket. I had my hard drive die on my 27 iMac and Mike was able to save all my data and restore it to a new drive

TRG has the best customer service! I had done something stupid with my new iPhone from Bell. After numerous calls Bell could not fix the problem so I called TRG. John very patiently worked on my phone until the issue was resolved without making me feel like an idiot! He then followed through and set the new phone up, transferring my files and getting the phone activated, above and beyond what I had come in for. He was cheerful and never made me feel incompetent or rushed. I would highly recommend TRG for their Apple expertise and wonderful customer service - a pleasure to deal with!
