First time going swimming here, took the little ones, it was their first time too. Really enjoyed it. Had fun on the 2 diving boards, didnt get to relax in the sauna or hot tub this time maybe next time. 4 pools plus the hot tub. The kids pool is where we spent most of the time with its mini slide and jets. Kids love the jets i think everyone love the jets. Counted 5 life guards on the Saturday. Lots of loud music, a plus for some not for others. Hot tub was the most popular kinda crowded but the rest had tons of space. Didnt see many people doing laps they probably stay away from the weekend afternoon play time. Life jackets available for the kids, saw a couple of noodles floating around. Had a veiwing area behind some glass in the lobby as well as a small area next to the kids pools. Came out stinking of chemicals but no worse than other pools ive been at. All in all a great stop.

bathrooms are very very dated i bought 20 stickers wish i would have seen change rooms first the facility is clean gymn is very small and the steam and saunas just are not warm enough lso way too busy

Good size swimming pool.They do use lots of chlorine chemicals compare to other places that cause rashes etc.

It's a place to be. Have some time to unwind or just coffee, one may find ton of happy faces and kids playing in water. Heated swimming pool and gym are my attraction. But most often I go to sip a coffee and do my assignments while watching everyone enjoying their good time.

This place is my second home 8am to 1030am everyday for last 12 yearsStaff is always helpful. Always kept neat and tidy.I wish gym would get an upgrade of equipment soon

Limited ♿ parking and no matked van accessible spaces. Also no automatic door opener through the second doorway. Some seats have been removed on the uppermost row to allow better viewing for those using wheelchairs.

This is one of the most poorly managed recreational centres Ive been to. When I go to pools the lifeguards enforce lane swim and pool rules but the young adults here don't enforce rules except for one. People are crossing lanes, swimming in deep end holding onto the sides when they dont have life jackets and dont know how to swim in the deep end. Me and numerous other lane swimmers has been very frustrated and think it is unfair we all pay to try to stay active and have a nice relaxing swim but its impossible when people are acting like animals in the pool not respecting the rules and one another.

Unfortunately I signed up for infant swimming lessons however my dad ended up in the hospital. I took half the lesson and I explained to them if I could please have even a half refund or to be able to make up the lessons as I’m unable to bring my child swimming. They flat out told me no and even mentioned I should try and come. Theres no way I have to get things organized to get care for my father and was hoping they would have some sort of way to offer something. Nope not a good or fair policy…Instructor was amazing though.

Great facility, lot of activities and an extensive gym. Well maintained. Nice staff. Activities for all age groups.
