Working with Intertech Building Services was a pleasure from the start. They have been consistently professional and responsive. I was not based at the site where we used their janitorial services, therefor I cannot speak directly to the quality or value of the cleaning done there, but never hearing complaints says a lot. Sadly our agreement had to terminate suddenly due to Covid-19, and Intertech was very considerate of our situation and lenient on their cancellation policies. We’ve switched over to intertech for the past 5 months and haven’t looked back since. They always go above and beyond in their customer service and constantly impress me with their work. They do charge a little more than our previous service provider however their service is worth every penny knowing they will take excellent care of you and your space.

They respond inquiries in timely manner. Cleaning coverage and quote are listed in the contract. Staff shows up in time and make good communication. Management visits site regularly to keep good customer satisfaction.
