Took their service on 18 June 23 at their visit to Saskatoon for renewing my BD MRP passport. They were so cordial & swift in providing service. My task was done in a minute! Really overwhelming!

I got great service from Mr. Zeray when I came to drop my passport and pick it up. He was attentive and listened to me for what I needed done. I definitely recommend this high commission for all your work.

We have recently received amazing service at BDHC, Ottawa. At reception, at the counter, and inside intake of biometrics, all three were courteous and professional. Excellent service. Please keep up the good work. You are making Bangladesh proud.

I visited their office today to get some paperwork done. Everyone there was welcoming, warm, and very helpful. They make sure your needs are met, and they do a very thorough job making sure all the papers are in order. It was a really nice experience, thanks to the staff!

The services were quick. The best part was that we managed to get the services at our city (Saskatoon) which saved a lot of our time as well allowed to interactively discuss our issues that required resolutions.

I am grateful and thankful for the service that I have received the past 2 days. Each and every official who dealt with my concerns were extremely professional, efficient and mindful about my need and their responsibilities. I know it’s always hard to satisfy each and every person who is need for embassy services but they have done mine. The best part was speaking in Bengali, seeing the women officials wearing saree and their politeness. Thank you is a small word but the appreciation is heartfelt and truly meant.
