The staff that helped me today at the blood donation center we're so incredible! Everyone was so friendly from the front desk staff to the phlebotomist. I've had some really miserable experiences donating blood in the GTA that have made me not want to donate anymore but this was top tier!!

Friendly, experienced and considerate, the staff here made my first blood donation experience a pleasant one. They quickly recognized my lightheadedness before I did and prevented me from passing out. Will return to give again!! :)

I received a call the other day asking me to give blood. The lady on the other end was so professional that I instantly agreed. I then showed up and was met with equal professionalism and a hint of humour. .. bloodletting how can you go wrong.

Friendly front desk staff, professional staff mending the clinic. Easy and fast process to get a blood donation done. Bonus for me as I had a great chat with RN Fiona while she did my screening. Will definitely recommend if you are living in Kingston and wish to donate blood. I will be back~
