Just got my carnival! Nice vehicle and professional customer service! I highly recommend Kareem who really helped me a lot. Initially, this vehicle would arrive on mid of June, but it comes earlier and quicker than I expect. The entire driving experience is petty good!

Best experience so far in buying my Forte GT Limited. The only issue I had was with the banks like at last moment the hyundai finance changed its mind to transfer the loan. Although, the salesman Karim knows what to do and helped me out. I thank him for providing me the car I liked. Thanks Kia Foster!

The service department is fine BUT the sales floor is another story. Receptionist greeted me begrudgingly while on her smart phone and didn’t seem interested in greeting me or assisting me.The sales staff were also on their smart phones and it took approximately 5 minutes for anyone to approach me and ask if I needed assistance. Documentation on the vehicle I was looking for was not available and the overall experience left me feeling like I wouldn’t feel comfortable buying my next vehicle from this particular dealership.The showroom was also out of date, looked cheap and not cared for, with the old KIA logo on display just as much as the new logo.The showroom only had the lower trims levels of vehicles and missing other key vehicles in their lineup.When getting my vehicle serviced here I frequently get the dealership calling me and asking me to give them a perfect score in a survey instead of actually trying to earn the score ethically and asking questions on how they can improve the experience or their dealership. Usually I give them top scores out of obligation but in all honesty, this dealership has a lot to improve upon.Staff should be retrained on how to provide great service, texting and using social media should not be allowed when customers are in the showroom. Seemed as though the scrolling and swiping wasn’t business related.Energy level needs to be high and have staff excited to be there and put people in new cars rather than seem as though they don’t want to be there or talk to people.
