Mathew was here less than 2 hours, I was asked if I wanted the dryer vent cleaned, this wasn’t part of the quoted price but I agreed as we hadn’t had this cleaned in years, an extra $80.00 was steep. Didn’t much care for the large hose that was dragged into the house, the technician was fairly careful and did have a tarp he placed on part of the floor. The front door had to be left open for the big hose that went back to his van, the furnace was turned off the entire time which I wasn’t aware of until I started to feel cold in the house, would have been nice to be told I would have no heat and the door would need to be left open for most of the time the tech was a here. The standard package only covers 15 vents, I had 29. Total bill was $525 which was a total shock!! Most homes have more than 15 vents, there should be more than 15 vents included in the base price.

Update . Dry vent is still plugged I had to get another company to come and actually clean. I was packed with lint. This company doest know what they are doing . Stay away!!Original price quotes included 15 ducts . Magically I had 27 ducts. When I questioned the number he showed me the vents that he had cleaned . They were access points to water taps and junction box’s. Cleaning vents and you don’t know where the ducts are and that it doesn’t make sense that a small laundry room had 5 vents. Cash grab . Avoid

Matthew and his team did an excellent job. They were prompt, veryfriendly and professional. We hadn’t had our ducts cleaned for a long time and our furnace fan was filled with dust. He cleaned everything thoroughly plus we had him sanitize all the ducts to get rid of any mold that might have accumulated. The price he charged is really reasonable. Overall really good experience on using Matthew's service. We will definitely use this company again and will recommend it to others.

Matthew did a great job on our carpets! He was very professional andefficient and we're very happy with the way they turned out. The hightraffic areas are back to looking the way they should and he workedwonders on a few pet stains. He also provided some helpful tips oncleaning upholstery. always top shelf. We needed to have our rental property cleaned asap and they were able to do it the same day when I called them. We were recommended to use ALLCARE Carpet and Furnace Cleaning Company by a friend. When we booked the company for furnace cleaning, Matthew was very helpful on the phone and tried to accommodate to my availability as best as he could. We were also provided a summer promotion that had recently expired. On the day of, they arrived punctually and started work right away. They were respectful of my house and the furnitures that may have been in the way. They were also efficient and was completed within the time they estimated for me. Afterwards, Matthew showed me an issue with the furnace that the previous owner did not make aware. We were extremely appreciative of what Matthew shared and his honestly and kindness towards our safety. I would highly recommend ALLCARE cleaning company and would definitely use them again in the future.

Mathew did a great job cleaning my white sofa. It was easy to schedule a Sunday appointment and the cost was reasonable and so worth it. Glad I went with him rather than a bigger company. He was well equipped with heavy duty equipment, more so than I expected! Very pleased. Thank you Mathew.

We called Matthew because our dog had a skunk encounter and dragged the smell all over the carpet and furniture . He came out on the Sunday of a long weekend (!) and within an hour of our call. I saw Allcare Carpet & Furnace Cleaning's cargo van when they were working in my neighborhood. I talked to the technician Matthew and booked an appointment.  He  came right on time. Matthew and his service are like a blast from the past of honest, excellent service! He is professional, friendly and truly takes pride in his business. The results  exceeded my expection. The carpet looked so much better than before. That's what I call a win/win...great service for me and a business he can be proud of and that I'm happy to recommend!I will definitely to use him again or recommend him to other people.
