We had been fighting with our kitchen sink slowing down for the better part of a year before it finally just stopped one Tuesday morning. The issue was not in easy reach of homeowner's tools, so after trying to fix it ourselves, we called Andrew. He and his helper Oleg were able to come that afternoon, and not only sorted the issue, but also fixed some of the issues that may have caused the drain problem in the first place, even redoing some of their work when otherwise they might have had to cut a hole in our under-sink shelf! They didn't mind me looming in the background learning more about proper plumbing either, and recommended products and things to do to prevent the issue from reoccurring. I highly recommend Iliad and Andrew for plumbing needs in Powell River!

Kostya was amazingly hardworking and professional. He didn’t give up and found the issue in good time. This was a Saturday night and the last call of his day but we never felt he was rushing to get out there. He was going to solve the issue and he did. We highly recommend!!!!!

We are required (strata bylaws) to have an inspection of our gas fireplace and plumbing every year... and we had a clogged washroom sink, so we called Iliad to check everything... and they did SO MUCH! The fireplace is cleaner than I have ever seen it, and they checked everything --all the shutoffs, all the drains, all the connections.They made suggestions for what we might want to address next on our maintenance plan, were clean, thorough, quiet and fast.Such a great team, hard working and professional!
