I purchased a swim suit and the strap is coming apart, the sewing. I phoned and asked if I can exchange it, 30 day return policy and the suit was only 2 weeks past the 30 days and they would not exchange, expensive suits but inferior quality. Going to shop elsewhere. I wish to add to this post, the manager contacted me and my swimsuit has been replaced. This is most appreciated. Thank-you.

Great selection, high quality item. My bathing suit not only looks good but feels great.Would recommend purchasing your next one here. It may be more expensive than some but it will last.

My wife likes to swim so I came in to get her some stocking stuffers. The staff was great directing me to things that she would like. As a poor swimmer I had no idea what she may have liked. It turns out that there is a discount for swim club members so I even got a discount on her gifts. Win win for me.

Purchased boys swim trunks for competitive swimming and got the team discount which was nice. Only two pairs available, one colorful and one Navy blue. At his first practice he's told he needs black tunks. Went to return with tags on two days later and was told due to government regulations that they can't be returned. It would be nice if they knew what the teams needed and it would have been nice to have been told they were final sale.

Very helpful staff, and they have everything you could ever need relating to swimming. They have good discounts for kids who are in nationally registered swim programs.
