I must agree,, customer service there became more Canadian style ( cheater, rude ignorant type). It used to be so good with those E. European customer help people. I am not sure who owns the store now but I am sure someone Canadian born.I don't buy my cold meat there anymore due to those sale people try to cheat on prices at price weighting and labeling time.I cought them already twice try to cheat on me with prices. When I went back to complain they acted as it was an honest mistake. I am from E.Europe and I can tell who cheats on purpose and who is not and I can assure you that they did it on purpose to make few more buck. Probably they have a that team sale goal approach like the end of the day they get 10% cash of total day sale or something.

The sausage kitchen used to be a joy to visit. But it has recently undergone some changes and as a result the service has dropped off substantially. So much so, that even though they have a few decent items that I enjoy, I will not be going back. There are a couple of things I can't stand when I'm shopping: being given the impression that I am interrupting a staff member's break time, and staff members who are unsympathetic to complaints. It takes a lot for me to actually speak up and and make a complaint, so when someone shrugs their shoulders at me it is quite frustrating. I also had the misfortune of hearing a totally inappropriate conversation between two male staff members about a woman walking by outside the store.(Regarding the scoring I provided, I think quality" is somewhere between good and very good. They do have a couple types of sausage that are "very good" but slightly overpriced.)"

new staff are nice and the foods still good! prices are still competitive for a great location. thanks for keeping this place alive :)
