This place changed my Son life earlier he was not speaking a single word but within one month my son speaks full sentences. I have no words to say thanks to each and every person in Erinokids. Best place for kids.

Very nice and clean facility with amazing staff. We attended speech therapy sessions for my son with Natasha and Julie and they were very accomodating and niceThey provided detailed reports at the end. Later we attended group speech therapy sessions with Sara and Kara. They were amazing and taught so many new skills to my son such as turn taking and sharing. He attends the entry to school program at erinoaks as well and ive seen great progress. Highly recommend this facility and appreciate all the hard work of the staff.

I came here to have my newborns hearing retested after he failed his test in hospital. The centre itself is absolutely beautiful and they’re taking covid precautions seriously which is comforting. The service was great and the person doing the test was good at keeping me informed and at working with infants. Great experience!

AVOID this service is all I suggest. Low quality of staffs. Have no knowledge at all. Cannot determine what is PRESENT vs the PAST.I had speech therapy with Elizabeth and i had problem so i want to speak to her boss, Samantha in hope of solving the problem but it getting even worst.They want to look into something not even relevent to the treatment at all! How stupid is that.They waste the resourse that should save for the kids in need HERE and NOW.

Very good, professional services. However, their parking policy is disturbing. 20 minutes free parking, then you have to pay. I paid 3 times due to long queues, someone was urging customer service for around 10 mins then I had to pay for only 21-23 mins.Today, I had a very bad experience regarding their so-called Covid 19 screening system. I told them sorry, I forgot my white card in the car at the parking. I have been dropping my kid twice a week for the last few months and showing the same person these documents each time. She forced me to get my white card and photo ID from the car leaving my kid in front of her.. finally, I got an entry showing them and got no reaction.1) Is it justified to see the paper first, let to leave the kids and go outside?2) If you provide the white card after checking the vaccination report and photo ID, why do you need to check the white pass and photo ID each time?Then, why do you need to give us the white passes, spending time, and several people working outside to do this job? We can show a photos of the photo id and vaccination card each time. Hope the authorities will think about it.

Since you are going to start implementing this new disturbing policy regarding the vaccines, I will never give you business, nor will my any of my acquaintances. This disgusting display of separation just because you brains" don't take the time to research what is truth

High turnover among clinical staff.Never return calls as they need to hire more admin staff or have an email list for notifications or cancelations.

Today I visited this facility and it was not my first visit - but i have to say this time was different. The COVID 19 screening arrangements they made to get inside the building was just HORRIBLE. There were mo proper communication or indication of what to do once you get in with your, what's required etc. We got in and was sent back outside to show proof of double vaccinations.. some parents struggled with their special need children, it was just horrible to watch. I understand the safety measures but the organisation was not appropriate especially not for a facility like that. ERINOAK, please improve on this! Double vax proof can also be sent by email and you issue us the white card by email and we show that to the reception when we are inside!!It is so easy!! I dont understand why you made such a complex arrangement in the era of digitalisation!

I love the environment, great place for kids to learn. Lots of classrooms, clinicians and supervisors are doing a great job.So far, two things I dislike about this Centre; First, is their policy of not been able to reschedule session(s) when your child is sick, despite the fact that you are told to call the cancelation line when your child is not feeling well. Also, part of their policy to keep your child at home when sick. This means you are paying money for services not rendered! I think this policy should be changed. Second, is getting immediate communications across to the centre as most of the calls goes to voice mail, even though you have the extension to call. The only extension that picks up almost immediately is the account department.

Nice staff and great place. But don't like parking policy. Don't know why its paid parking even location is out of city and have alot of parking space. Another thing is pick up process( Kiss and ride). You need to be in loop and its a big line up. Today it was even start from the road and there is no space unless you start blocking the intersection. Its totally unsafe and can cause road accident.
