BOSS Temporary Store

I came in the Boss store like a few weeks ago, remembered the one that first walked me through the store was JJ, excellent service and helpful, guided and provided me with insightful knowledges about the products and the caring aspect of it. Few weeks later, came again to pick up my order, same results. Treated me like a Real BOSS:) Sincerely recommend.

The one star is for the staff. They are sweet and attentive. But I’m not planning on another purchase here. I bought some items for my son’s birthday on a Monday and returned two days later to exchange the items for different sizes. I couldn’t find one of the shirts in the correct size so I chose the only other shirt ( exactly identical style) in the store but it was a different colour. I had to pay $78.00 more for this because it was a different colour!!!!! I was shocked to say the least.I wanted to get him a sports jacket too, but they are not lined and appear cheaply made. This is not an inexpensive store so I know there are other choices out there where a colour change to an identical shirt will not cost me nearly $80.00.

The Middle East looking female team lead was so unprofessional, rude, standing around and do nothing.. as a Hugo boss long time client, sorry to see company hire such sales associate, but love Hugo Boss products though

Up-sale tactics are boarder-line scams. They had a 30% off deal the male worker made me aware which i already knew from online. When I bought a polo shirt the lady working the counter whispered something to the male then stated I must purchase 2 items for 30 percent off. They suggested socks which were there cheapest items. Socks were 16.00 but I was charged 21.00 before the 30 percent off. And given a lame excuse. After the transaction the male worker told me it was a final sale due tonthe discount but the receipt stated all items 50 percent or more were final sale. Felt ripped off and will be going to the Richmond store for now on.

I had a very great experience experience at this store until the very last Minute. I had my eye on the suit and and they told me it's 40% off. So I go through the whole fitting and measuring and what not what not and get to the cashier. And then baaaam. As it turns out they already already included the 40% on the price tag which is which is very fishy business trick as we all know it. Also for every single simple alteration they wanted to charge to to charge 20 to $60. There you go folks I was out in a second and did not bother

We went to buy a suit for a wedding , JJ was the one that was helping us and he was awesome !!! Thank you JJ for making this experience smooth , Hugo Boss is lucky to have you ! JJ was very knowledgeable and willing to show us different styles.

Unbelievable. I will never forget this wonderful store. I bought a $600.00 Canadian dollars jacket and a beautiful and also expansive shirt for my husband in October, 2021. My husband was in the Vancouver General hospital. We were going to get marry in the hospital chapel. He couldn't wear it. Well, with sadness, I got back to the store and I asked if I could returned it. The manager didn't even asked me the reason. With a smile in her face, she did the transaction. I am happy to live in Canadá.

Typical merchandise setup for products. Very limited stock , nothing in my size for sport blazer 42 R and sz 9 shoes Hugo Boss price.

Helpful when purchasing clothing however pants needed shortening Were not ready as promisedHad to return next day When they were finally brought out to me they were so wrinkled they had to be steamed.I was charged $15 for hemming after paying $298 for the slacksNext time I’ll go to Harry Rosen where they don’t charge for alterations.

Went this weekend. Nice store but one of the staff members (shorter, Indian) smelled heavily of body odour. Could smell throughout the store! Had to leave because of it— hard to shop with that smell.
