We have had our vehicles serviced and fixed on quite a few occasions. Each time we have brought our vehicle(s) Nathan and his crew magicaly seems to be able to get them done before we anticpated. Prices are good (industry standard). May favorite part is we can trust that our vehicle is being looked after and we will not be gauged. Keep up the great work!! We will be back

I dont think I have to explain my experience, You can read our text message conversation back and forth. My truck was almost ruined because apparently they punched a hole in my oil filter which cause the oil to leak out the truck. I never asked to change my oil and never asked to change the filter. Mechanic should know that oil filter gets changed when oil gets changed same time. He tried to change the oil filter when I didnt want oil to be changed.Well anyways, read the conversation. Nathan did not want to resolve the issue when I offered him a great solution. So you decide if you want to bring your auto to his shop.Edited: Somehow I dont see the pictures show up so I will write all message conversation that we had one by one.I write: Nathan i got a big surprise after i went to change my oil and my oil filter was leaking oil from a hole on the filter which was made by someone who was trying to take the oil filter off. Last shop the truck was in is yours. Please explain me.Nathan replies: Hi yes I did try to take off the filter but was very tight and then you didnt want a oil change done ...so I checked it and didnt leak so just left it ....didnt think it would be a problem.. but I do apologize for not mentioning it ..and should have just changed the filterI write: Well I understand things can go unexpected sometimes but why were u changing things that were not supposed to be changed or without my permission? To make few extra bucks here and there? Especially why would u change filter only i oil needs to be changed and why didnt u ask me in the first place?Nathan replies: Call me if you would like to.I write: Well I am in business my self and I dont like to ruin your business reputation but when I make a mess then I pay for my own mess. I want to offer you a solution that should solve the problem. You pay me $200 by etransfer which will cover my oil change, half day that I spend calling different shops and not working and also extra oil that I bought to bring the oil level up. Oil got on exhaust which caused lots of smoke. Oil place witnessed when I parked outside the shop wondering if I could drive inside with so much smoke coming from under the hood.So $200 and I leave you a positive review on google mentioning nothing bad at all.Nathan replies: It would have been appreciated if you would call me to discuss this .... I will give you a free oil change to compensate for this problem.I write: Nathan my oil change for my truck has been changed and it costs $120I asked $200 to close the case so if u offer free oil change that should be (2 free oil changes)However i am not interested in bringing my truck back to the shop for any reason.Thank youNathan replies: Hi well I am not out to scam anyone ... and I agree I did make a mistake on not telling you about the oil filter ... your truck was due for a oil change at the time so guess I jumped the gun and started it with out approval ..So for me to pay for a oil change that is due i dont think that is fair...And so as stated I will give you a free oil change ......its up to you :)I write: I dont trust your services anymore. I am sorry. I would rather leave a negative review on google which will scare off some customers. I didnt do it yet, i thought we can find a solutions but I guess you want to buy a negative review for $200. Its your choice. Imagine if my engine would go down because of low oil level. Nathan recently did an out of province inspection on my car. I was super pleased with how thorough, honest, professional and prompt he was. I highly recommend Nathan’s Garage for any mechanic work. Took my brand new 2017 Powerstroke in to Nathan’s Garage for an Espar heater install, EGR Cooler delete, DPF delete, EZ Lynk SOTF install, and installed a 5” race exhaust. I left it to Nathan to purchase all the products. When I got home and inspected all the work done, I was extremely happy with the workmanship, the level of professionalism, and down-to-earth prices. Will definitely be going back for more mods in the near future. You need any work done, I highly recommend Nathan!

Nathan replaced a seized caliper that his shop installed a year ago ..free of charge ..he is a honest man ..great service fair priced ..he did pads and calipers on my car ..when I had the issue with the seized caliper it was no issue with him ...thanks Nathan

Was lied to about a leak in the engine of a vehicle I purchased at the shop. Either he’s a terrible mechanic or I was flat out lied to take your pick. Would never bring any of my vehicles to this scabby little shop.

Nathan is great. Don’t look anywhere else. He’s honest and well priced. He did my struts and a linkage bar. The car is quiet like it is brand new again!
