Called the owner who told me he would come by that afternoon to provide a quote. He did not show up and then ignored my phone call, voicemail and messages. Very poor first impression and customer service. I would hope that being busy isn’t used as a justification for not following through on his word. Look elsewhere if you want reliability and honesty.

Excellent Service, Justin and his crew showed up on time and worked quickly to get the eavestrough installed, his crew noted that the fascia was damaged and fixed it at no charge. It started to rain during the job but they kept going. Completely Satisfied would be proud to recommend them to everyone.

After dealing with 2 other companies and getting not great and then terrible results I hired River Valley Evestrough. Justin did a great job and I couldn't be any happier. He was very accommodating in the way I wanted it done for rain barrels and flower bed issues and the job looks great. Very highly recommended.

Warranty sucks and workmanship is questionable.Hired them to install new eavestrough May 2017. Installed them but within a year I had very poor drainage and experiencing water flowing over top of the eaves. After far too many unanswered phone calls and a quick visit he agrees to correct the issue. That was Nov 18.Have not seen nor heard from him since. Doesn't return calls.Save your $$

No answer so I left a message and they did not return my call. I called back asking for a quote. The individual took my name and number and said he'd stop by that day. I never saw him that day and I did not receive a phone call. 3 strikes and you're out.edit. He took the time to respond to this review and still never called me.

We asked for a quote in April, which then took three weeks for them to provide, we then waited 3 more months. We needed to resort to messaging him to get information about scheduling and we were made to feel like we were bothering them for trying to give them our business. For the last two months we were told we were up next" when we asked.I feel like the businesses we work with should value us as a prospect
