I was curious about sound baths and booked a private session to see what it was all about. And I was HOOKED and bought a membership for group sound baths. Darren has created a safe space for folks to relax and unplug. He is so skilled at his craft and I always leave a session feeling rejuvenated and at peace.

Darren's ability to play the bowls is amazing. Soothing waves of resonating sound fill your senses, allowing for one to take a moment to relax and let go of their stress. Ypu can feel his sincerity and passion for the art which adds to the experience. Definitely would recommend
