Called in for my septic system to be pumped out by one company who didn’t respond however I called get pumped and they were ready to come right away, super fast super reliable if I could give more stars I woils

Hired Blaine once and after he was unreliable so many other times we coordinated with him. Didn’t show up on days he said. We got fed up and went with Flamborough Septic. It’s too bad.Response: I do not think not answering texts or scheduling to come and not showing up is going above and beyond especially when Blaine knew it was absolutely necessary that we needed the service for our business. We gave Blaine 4 chances to come. Honestly if he didn't want to come it would have been much better just to be straight up and say he didn't want to do the job for whatever reason than to leave a good paying client hanging.

We recently had our Septic system pumped, which was a 1st for us since moving to a house with a Septic system so did some research and found GetPumped and so glad I used them. From the initial responses from Crystal, which were timely and helpful to booking in a time and date I was really impressed. Then on the day Blaine turned up when stated, and not only did he do the job he also highlighted a number of issues we had with our system, even though it had been inspected a few weeks prior. He didn’t need to do this, since not his job but he was honest, helpful and took the time out of his day to explain. Definitely will use again, in fact will not even look elsewhere. Would definitely recommend them to anyone. A family business, providing great customer service!

We've used Blaine a few times for tank pumping and most recently for a larger issue where he installed new lines in our yard. Every time we've contacted him he's been professional, courteous and helpful. He's easy to get hold of and really knows his stuff. His prices seem reasonable and he shows up when he says he will.
