Very happy with the service. Great price and staff. They even helped me with my negotiations to get out of my terrible Waste Management contract.

My Father dealt with them for years when he was in business. Now I use their waste services for mine. Good service and pricing. I've been noticing their bins around town more and more. They do a great job!

The Brockville GFL show up all different hours, they don't make sure the bins are empty and if they drop something they leave it on the ground for you to pick up.

Had the pleasure of using GFL to provide me with 5 bins for my parents house. Thanks again for all your help Jeff. He coordinated timely delivery and removal of the bins during this frustrating project. I would not hesitate to recommend Jeff and GFL.

Not worth your time

I've dealt with this company for a number of years. Dealt with the old man. Great guy and God bless his soul.However, after recent dealings I'll never use this company again. Very unfortunate! Delays in picking up bins( held job site up). A driver with a terrible attitude who continued to look for conflict with workers. The bin looked as though it was just in an accident or time to retire. (Rusted, banged up). I mean it is a garbage bin, but this one looked as though it was ready to go to dump and stay there permanently.My biggest issue was the driver! This guy just ruined the relationship I've developed with this company. Driver informed me after I asked him to leave that they would not be bringing anymore bins to me..lolWell, the fact it took almost two days to get a bin out of there, the fact the driver was losing his mind on my workers, myself due to the fact a piece of wood was sticking up. Easily resolved in 10 minutes!I'll never use this service again and would encourage others to look elsewhere.Mr. Dumpster were on time, budget and friendly.

Do not use this company. Damaged my driveway and they kept saying that they would fix it. I followed up multiple times until the last call where the guy said it wasn't his problem.Do not use this company. They don't do what they say -not trustworthy.

Derek and the folks at Carl's are extremely helpful and accommodating. In downsizing and moving homes, we weren't sure what size dumpster was needed. Derek was able to talk through the size options and made a recommendation that worked well for us.Moving is an incredibly stressful experience so we really appreciated the great service that was provided.Thanks!
