Our condo board called for a tech to come out and look for the source of a water leak. Plumber ended up cutting 5 large holes in the ceiling no where near anywhere pipes would be located. Plumber had no idea what he was looking for so ended up just cutting more holes. Could not explain the source of the leak. Left the building in a needing huge repairs that could have been completely avoided.Would not recommend

This is by far the best company I have dealt with in my last 8 years of being a homeowner. Recently (like as soon as the cold snap hit) my furnace decided it should stop working.Things have been tight financially (thanks economy) this was another set back and fear of how are we going to take care of this. I called several places and the quotes were outrageous. I was starting to become very defeated when Brad (The owner and operator) called me back and I explained our situation.He immediately put my mind at ease and said we would make something work, they had better pricing and he had so much compassion and honesty. He told me we will figure something out because I'd rather you have a furnace fixed correctly then poorly or not at all because of cost." I may or may not have gotten a little choked up. Two days later my furnace is working great and thank goodness because it's about to get really cold.Both the technicians that came to my home were fabulous and caring!I will definitely recommend and use this company again in the future!"

The furnace went out in one of my rental properties - first company that came and looked at it said they couldn't even get a quote for me until almost a week later which seemed unreasonable considering it's been a classic snowing and cold fall week in Alberta! My poor tenant!I gave Arrow a call and they were in, had me a quote and a new furnace installed within a day.They were so pleasant and professional to deal with and very accommodating to my needs. I wish I experienced this level of customer service more often!

Brad and his team are amazing! I made a desperate phone call on a Sunday morning, it was -30°C, and my furnace was not running, so my indoor temperature was 10°C, and dropping. The call was to Arrow Plumbing and Heating, and the tech was here in no time. He discovered the furnace was done with, so I needed a new one. He lent me a few space heaters for the night to keep my house at a comfortable temperature, and the next day, Brad ordered the furnace and sent more space heaters for the next night. My house was toasty warm when the techs arrived early today to install my new furnace. Everyone I had interaction with in this company was professional, friendly and very helpful! Brad is one in a million, the staff are excellent and the job was done as quickly as possible, and very efficiently. I would recommend this company very highly!

Very confused with the number of 1 and 2 star reviews with Arrow Plumbing Services! Almost seem a little fake to me... I say this because I phoned around to about 6 different companies, before I ended up talking to the Owner and Operator of Arrow, Brad, and I can't say enough good things about him and his company! We were in desperate need of a part and most of the places were quoting such high prices for the part itself, and then astonishingly high call out fees... Brad came in with the best price out of anyone and was able to work out a reasonable fee for the call out... He arrived and the prices he told me over the phone were the exact prices that I ended up paying!! Thank you Brad and Arrow Plumbing Services for your outstanding customer service! Our family truly appreciates it!

Had a main sewer line backup and flood my basement. Kasey, the technician, had the problem fixed within an hour of getting there. Great service and probably best prices in town.

My service call with Arrow was great. I spent my morning on the phone with other companies who didn't know their own industry and had no or very limited product knowledge. Some even lacked in customer service skills. If that was not bad enough one company went as far to quote me more than $200.00 than the part was worth which I had already priced myself at Frontier. Arrow Plumbing before they knew of this scenario informed me to check my manufacturer warranty as my house was new. If the part to my water tank was found to be covered they would not get the work. That was honest.They also gave me tips on what to look for. At the end they didn't push the sale rather they said if you need us let us know. Great service! I talked to many companies that morning and Arrow was a game changer.

After being left with many infractions by another plumbing company, I finally got smart and called the best. Brad came quickly and had the issues figured out and resolved in no time. Dylan was amazing. Very professional, very clean and made sure everything was working perfectly before he left. The inspector couldn’t believe the difference in the quality of work. Do it right the first time. Just call Arrow plumbing. I can’t say enough good things about this company

Brad took my call and correctly understood my problem.Within 24 hours, they sent Aaron to do my repair.I haven't received the invoice yet, but I was assured they are reasonably priced.Honestly, this was one of the best customer experiences I've had in recent memory. Everywhere you go it seems that businesses (especially contractor type businesses) are barely functioning and no one is doing their job properly. This is NOT true for Arrow.Everything was completely cleaned up from the job. Aaron made absolutely no trace in our home even though he set a new toilet, and replaced a few valves in different rooms.I am blown away by their service.I highly recommend this company!!!
