Way too pricey. A couple sections of our gutter were still dirty and the Patio Cover was dirty as a result of pressure washing. One Downsprout was clogged. Asked a few questions as a follow up via email and they didn't respond. They won't come back. Make sure to give half of your money before they complete your job fully, then give the rest when you're satisfied. So lesson learned. Also, best to choose professional cleaners instead.

Do not hire them. They quoted us for 2 hours of services to clean the gutter for the whole house, which we accepted. They then went up the ladder without any safety harness to clean the gutter. They came down within a very short time, less than 30 mins, and claimed that the job was done, we took their words for it and paid them, only to find out later that they only cleaned a small section of the gutters and left a lot of gutters untouched.So please make sure you confirm they have done what they quoted you for before paying them. or better yet, don't hire them at all.

Chris and his cleaning crew did a great job cleaning our property. We had the gutters, partial roof, house and decks pressure washed and windows cleaned inside and outside. They even removed an old strand of Christmas lights left in a hemlock tree that we couldn't reach without a high reaching ladder. The entire crew worked hard from 10-7pm. Highly recommend Diamond Home Services Ltd.
