Every time I have shopped there, I recieved expert advice. Absolutely neccessary for a hobbyist with a little bit of experience like me.My only complaint is the severe lack of parking, there are always vans and trucks double parked on this street. You could try the warehouse a few doors down but risk towing.

All customer credit card details are written on paper (which doesn’t get shredded) and then added to an insecure system which can be accessed using the passwords on the stickers on the underside of the computer keyboards.

The staff are knowledgeable and helpful.I could not enter the store because of covid, but they have a table blocking the inner entrance way where you can speak to an associate if you have not placed an online order. I phoned in my order close to closing, and they filled it right away.I could see literature on all types of brewing and wine making. Great place to start if interested in brewing, wine, mead, kombucha, and more. Check out their website or give them a call.

Bosagrape has been around for years in the lower mainland. They wholesale and retail to big and small operations alike. Their website is pretty great so you can enjoy listing after your next equipment upgrade.I made a sizeable purchase from them when I upgraded to kegging my home brew. After some issues with some used kegs, they handled it without question or challenge. Since they are a pretty large operation, this store has got most stuff in stock, they can get it or if they can't, it's probably not likely you'll get it elsewhere.I don't even mind driving to Burnaby from Vancouver, which can always be a bone of contention in the lower mainland having to compete with traffic.The lovely lady at the front desk was friendly, super helpful and exudes all the qualities of excellent customer service you'd hope to receive in any transaction!You can't go wrong making a trip out to Bosagrape!

Terrific selection, and the staff are very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.Before my visit I was quite content to just 'use' beer and wine without being the least interested in how it's made, but by the time I left I was seriously considering becoming a home brewer/vinter!

I was sorry I arrived only 15 minutes before closing time because I was impressed at the amount of items they sell. These guys really know their business. The display of the products is great, you can really browse at the varieties of hops, yeast and malt. I asked for a sticker for my kegerator and got 3! I'll definitely be back. Plus, it's at a great location. Just a few steps from Royal Oak Skytrain Station. Our cat Jimi approves my new 2 row malt. ;D

A sweet spot for finding all the necessities in brewing. I’ve made the mistake of ordering on Amazon before coming here, I find Amazon disappoints when creating, sometimes you need to see (in person) what your buying to make sure it’s right. Definitely worth the trip and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable. I truly enjoy every visit. From bungs to bottling and every in between - if it’s good it’s in stock here.
