Beaver Boots Montessori Academy

My daughter went to Beaver Boots Montessori and she loved it. It was her first ever daycare at 2.5 years but she adjusted so quick. Within a week I started to notice that she has become really independent in almost all her tasks. Sonia is a great person and makes feel parents very comfortable by being in touch with them regarding their child which I feel is so important in the initial phase. She is really hard working with the kids and you can see that. Overall it was a very positive experience and I highly recommend Beaver Boots to all the parents who want their kids to really learn something and be independent and happy. Thank you Sonia for being such a wonderful and caring teacher.

My daughter has been in attendance here since September 2021 and we have seen nothing but great things. My daughter has learned how to be very independent, dressing herself, eating with utensils many things that would not have been accomplished without the help of Ms. Sonia. I have learned the value of a Montessori education and because of our amazing experience here we will continue to pursue this.

We have had a great experience with Sonia. Both of my daughters attended Beaver Boots and we have all benefited from Sonia's amazingly attentive approach to education. Additionally, the daily updates help parents feel more connected to their children's developments and facilitate a very transparent view of the classroom. My daughter has been attending since she was 15months old. This was both mine as a mother and my daughters first experience with childcare. Sonia made us both feel comfortable and was incredibly patient with my daughter. Now a year and a half later they have an amazing bond. Sonia has used the Montessori Method to allow my daughter to develop many important life skills and independence. Her verbal communication skills, fine and gross motor skills and self care abilities seize to amaze me everyday. Daily my 2.5 year old, dresses herself, helps to prepare breakfast and eat independently, cleans up after herself choses educational activities and outside exploration over electronics and toys. I believe this is strongly related to our experience with Sonia and Beaver Boots.

My 2.5 year old son has been going to Beaver Boots since the academy's conception and I cannot be more relieved with my decision to enroll him there.After being home with him for his entire life and through the pandemic, searching for child care was extremely stressful for me. I came across Beaver Boots Academy and actually teared up reading Sonia's handbook. Her passion for enriching children's lives at such a critical age spoke through the text and after having my son in her care it is obvious that she truly has my son's best interests at heart.The day is filled with so much variety; learning, healthy eating, outdoor play and my son is finally learning to use the potty! She uses an app to send the parents daily reports that I look forward to and share with my own family. I especially love the Show and Tell portion which is teaching my son confidence. Sonia is also a dream to communicate which has made the transition into child care a very comfortable one.I have to also note that my son's behavior at home has improved (less tantrums and more use of his words) since he has been with Beaver Boots.If you're looking for child care for your child(ren), I highly recommend Sonia. Sonia is amazing. She is always excited to see the children and has a ton of patience. Both my daughters love her and have learned so much from her. Sonia communicates on a daily basis with parents and shares pictures or videos of the child throughout the day. They enjoy outdoor time and great meals. This is the best care I’ve come across and Sonia has become a dear friend.

I volunteered with Sonia and gained such excellent knowledge and experience on the Montessori method that I have been able to apply it in my own household and noticed the positive changes. The children were served delicious fresh meals that they ate independently and knew how to clean up after themselves. They got plenty of outside play time and then age appropriate indoor activities to develop gross and fine motor skills. The kids love Sonia and I highly recommend this daycare.

Ms. Sonia is a gift to our family. We couldn't ask for a better daycare teacher for our kids. My oldest never went to kindergarten. He was with Ms. Sonia for 1.5 years, on part-time basis. Ms. Sonia has taught him all the essential skills that helped him so much when he started Grade 1. My youngest loves her and never leaves the classroom without giving her a hug. This is the type of home daycare that we've been searching for, for a long time. Smaller class size, Montessory approach, safe and clean evironment.
