We had a bike stolen and Thule damaged in Winnipeg. Rack Attack owner Chris Reid and his associate Graham got us back on track within the day. This was possible because of their willingness to problem solve their way through using spare parts from other systems that they happened to have on hand. Kind of like NASA scientists!

Had a Stealth Hitch installed on my Ioniq 5. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and knowledgeable. Staff took the time to demonstrate the functionality of the Hitch. While I waited I had questions about some other accessories and came away with the answers I needed. Overall a great experience and will go to them again for any of my travel accessory needs.

Rack Attack Winnipeg provided great customer service. They helped me pick out the best options for a bike rack for two heavy e-bikes. They took the time to help me for it and install the rack and bikes the first time.Highly recommend Rack Attack and the good news is they have stock so no waiting for what you want.Had a great experience and some laughs while we bought.

Chris and his team were fantastic. Emails were answered in a timely fashion. Chris offered to stay late, if I didn't arrive on time. I had no idea this place was around, until I googled a particular rack and the manufacturer sent me here. I recommend Rack Attack to anyone in need of an accessory rack for their car. Thanks Chris, install was easy and I used it already to haul my bikes!
