Titan Pools

I decided to hire Titan Pools in the spring of 2023 to replace our 15X35 irregular shaped 80K litre pool liner. This was a custom job that required careful measurement, skill and expertise. I was quoted a fair price and given a timeline of 3 weeks from start to finish. Not only did Titan Pools deliver on time and on budget but the new liner was installed professionally and looks great!In particular, I find Afram (owner) to be a very affable businessman, who cares deeply about his work and his relationship with clients. Afram went over and above my expectations, as he returned frequently to ensure the pool was opened and functioning properly. He even replaced our pool ladder step and pool cover handle.Based on my positive experience, I plan to hire Titan Pools for all our pool servicing and maintenance going forward, including annual pool open and closing.

We are so lucky to have them for our pool service. The owner goes beyond all expectations and works very hard to make sure you are happy. If there is more than 5 stars, i would definitely rank them on the top.

Had a very positive experience dealing with Afram (Titan pools), can't thank him enough for responding in a timely manner to my request to replace my old sand filter. I have already booked my pool summerization service with them. He is truly a professional, responded promptly, took the time to explain the process and provided advice on usage and maintenance. I definately recommend them and will be using them for my future pool requirements.

Titan Pools helped me work through some issues I was having with my pump and heater. They were very quick to get out to take a look and very easy to do business with. It turned out that my heater needed to be replaced and they were able to get me a new one within one day. Titan Pools got me a quote for consideration very quickly and it was comparable in the market. Afram and his team were very friendly and took time explaining how to use my new heater. As a first time pool owner, I found them so helpful and understanding. I would definitely recommend them and will come back to Afram for any other pool issues I have in the future.

Contacted Titan pools about providing me with a new pool heater. I found Afram to be honest and upfront about his estimates and pricing and labor costs. He was able to source one rather quickly and was transparent with me when discussing possible change in unit model and specs. Day of the install, they arrived on time and on schedule and did a great job to install my new heater.Will definitely be using Titan pools going forward for my pool services needs.

Amazing pool company !!! Honest , reliable, on time . They do amazing work are fairly priced and are an honest pool company . They really helped me out with my pool on very short notice . Couldn’t be happier
