Food was old. Asked for a fresh hashbrown. She just walked over and got me another one that had bin sitting on the rack for 10 minutes. Was gross. Didn't ear it. But didn't bother complaining more. Obviously they don't care to make the costumers happy. Was not impressed. Also they wud not take my order. I stood there for 5 minutes before I just ordered from the machine. Even tho the lady looked at about 10 times and saw me waiting. Not impressed at all. Will not return

No customer service at all. I had very bad experience with Supriya. She doesn’t know to interact with customers and make them feel as valuable customer. I went there numerous times she never greeted me and made me feel that they are doing favour to me while taking my order Which made me feel uncomfortable as i was there paying for the food and Not getting it for free. It felt rude and disrespectful.

Love yall but please put sugar in the coffee. Please I don't even know what sugar in coffee tastes like anymore. I've been counting. 15 times in a row with no sugar in my coffee. I am on my hands and knees begging please put sugar in the dispenser. Food is always good tho. Love the decorations. Love the service.

They messed up my mobile order enough for me to call them after I was home. The manager apologized, offered me two free meals, and placed my contact details in the location book. Several days later, I went to collect my two free meals and was refused by the assistant manager, who said I must have misheard. He and another staff member were very condescending, and I felt humiliated and embarrassed by the ordeal. They lost my business.

drive thru is the absolute worst, you get asked to pull forward and wait 15 minutes every. single time. Tip: Ask for a refund it's insane how fast you'll get your food.

Forgetful staff who somehow always manage to mess up the simplest orders. Always double check your order at this location they constantly mess up and don't give you what you asked for. Over charge for food you never got.
